#28: Musqueam Park

A lot of your enjoyment of Musqueam Park will depend on how much you enjoy Pacific Spirit Park or the inland Stanley Park trails.

#44: Memorial West Park

It’s all very pleasant, all well-proportioned, all old-fashioned without being excessively so, all good but not great, all very Dunbar.

#78: Chaldecott Park

It’s a lot of nice stuff in a mid-sized space, punctuated by a nice view from the high point of the park on the northeast corner.

#107: Camosun Park

There’s an old gravel track on the west side, with the trees of Pacific Spirit Park looming in the background, and the easy accessibility to nearby trails from the park is a definite bonus.

#119: Balaclava Park

Your mileage will vary, mostly based on how many miles you like running.

#185: Deering Island Park

A small green space next to the road transitions to a walking path next to the water for 70 metres or so.

#194: Valdez Park

This is the only official off-leash dog park between Jericho Beach, Kits Beach, and King Edward, which might explain why Valdez Park is so busy with dogs all the time.

#226: Quadra West Park

Answering the question “what if you had a piece of land with a beautiful view and did nothing to improve it?”, Quadra West continues our theme of underutilized pieces of land on the city’s west side.
