While a park is always appreciated is appreciated — especially for the dogs, as nearly all parts of the park are off-leash — the design and lack of modern frills makes it hard to recommend.

Cariboo, a small park along 29th Avenue, has a lot of good elements (including a pond, playground and shaded field) that don’t fully come together.
Once upon a time, this small park had an old wooden playground to entice families, but now it’s just a small lawn with no amenities, functioning more as a bike path along Foster Avenue than anything else.
